Summer 2020 Transfer & Cancellation Policy​

 

Here is our Transfer and Cancellation Policy for this summer.  Due to the Covid-19 situation, it is more restrictive than our regular policy, but it is needed due to the unusual circumstances.  Please understand the policy before registering.

• Transfer: You can transfer into another session if space is available — with no fees.  Please request the transfer at least 7 days prior to your online session. 

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your enrollment, you can receive a credit voucher for your full amount paid to date (fully transferable to family or friends, never expires). Please let us know as much in advance as possible, to allow others to enroll.  If we need to cancel a program due to low enrollment, we will work with you to attempt to transfer you into another program.  If unable, you will receive a full credit toward a future camp.
