A perfect way for students to learn valuable, real-world technology skills through fun and engaging projects. Our week-long Summer Camps include Engineering with LEGO® gears and motors, Robotics with LEGO EV3® and WeDo®, Programming with Java and Python, and Game Coding with Scratch®.
TechKnowHow® has been teaching tech skills to students since 1994.
Our program recently received awards from parents including: Best Technology Camp, Best Technology School or Program, and Best Math or Science Support.
Students build unique projects with LEGO® elements such as motors, gears and remotes. Many can be programmed with robotics software. All are a blast to play with - kids race projects up and down ramps, through obstacle courses, and in games with other campers.
Learn Python and Java in an engaging way through game making, art and animation projects. Students master the key concepts of computer science, from using loops and conditional statements, to defining variables, and creating classes. They explore the code by customizing projects and creating their own original programs.
All camps for the younger students include a small LEGO® kit to take home!
such as the one shown below for the Minecraft Makers camp.
